Hi, I’m Emily 👋

Emily Grover

You're Welcome Co.

Marketing doesn’t need to be complicated.

I’ve worked with enough businesses to know that marketing can become overwhelming very quickly.

Should we be on TikTok? Why aren't our Reels working? Do we need SEO? Should we send emails? Is our website terrible? Are we supposed to be posting every day?!

There will always be another platform, trend or person on the internet telling you what your business must be doing.

I take a different approach.

First, we work out what you're trying to achieve. Then we look at what actually makes sense for your business, your audience, your resources and your budget.

Sometimes that means handing your social media over completely. Sometimes it's a strategy, a website, an event campaign or a fresh set of eyes on your digital presence.

And sometimes you don't need someone to do it for you at all — you just need someone to show you how.

Good work. Good people. No unnecessary fluff.

I want working with You’re Welcome Co to feel collaborative, straightforward and human.

I'll tell you what I think will help. I'll also tell you when I don't think you need something.

There are no cookie-cutter strategies, mysterious marketing jargon or doing things simply because “that's what you're supposed to do.”

Just practical thinking, creative ideas and marketing that actually feels like your business.

And then there’s the gifting side… 💝

I still believe there’s something pretty great about finding a gift that makes someone immediately think:

“Yep. That is SO me.”

So the gifting side of You’re Welcome Co isn't going anywhere.

You'll still find personalised pieces, funny finds, gifts for the people you love and plenty of things you absolutely don't need but will probably want anyway.

Because not everything needs a marketing strategy.

Sometimes you just need a really good mug.

A few things about me

For a more visual section further down the page, I'd use 4–6 little cards rather than another paragraph:

MARKETING NERD
Strategy, content and figuring out why something works are genuinely my idea of fun.

CREATIVE AT HEART
Give me Canva, a blank page and an idea and I'm very happy.

SMALL BUSINESS PERSON
I understand that budgets, time and resources are real things — recommendations need to work in the real world.

PEOPLE FIRST
Behind every account, business and analytics dashboard are actual humans. I try not to forget that.

IDEAS. CONSTANTLY.
My brain's ability to stop generating them remains under investigation.

COFFEE HELPS. ☕
This one probably doesn't require further explanation.

Welcome to You’re Welcome Co. 💜

Whether you're here because your marketing needs some love, you're trying to get your business moving in the right direction, or you need a gift for someone impossible to buy for — you're in the right place.

Have a look around. And if you're not quite sure what you need, come say hi.

Marketer, creative thinker, small business owner and the person behind You’re Welcome Co.

I’ve spent my career working across marketing, social media, content, digital strategy, campaigns and events — helping businesses work out what they want to say, who they need to say it to and how to actually make it happen.

You’re Welcome Co is where I get to bring all of that experience together with the things I love most: good ideas, creativity, helping people and making things that have a purpose.

And, apparently, gifts. Lots of gifts. 🎁

How did we get here?

You’re Welcome Co originally began as a gifting business — a place for thoughtful, fun and sometimes slightly cheeky gifts that felt a little more personal than something grabbed off a department store shelf.

But marketing has always been my thing.

Over time, I realised there was an opportunity for You’re Welcome Co to become something bigger: a creative business that could help people in more ways than one.

So rather than starting another brand or pretending these two sides of me don't coexist, I brought them together.

Marketing for your business. Gifts for your people.

Different services. Same philosophy: make it useful, make it thoughtful and make it something people actually want.
